| HI EVERYBODY
Need to send some money to an account in TRNC. I have done this before through an high st bank for approx £30. It takes a few days to reach the account in Kyrenia.
Is there a quicker and cheaper (and secure) way of doing this?

| if you write an english cheque it will take around 30 days to clear so not quicker, but there should be no charge for this, well turk bank dont charge so cant speak for other banks. |

We have transferred large sum from uk to trnc via Turkish Bank and it took only 24 hours!!!.
Forget HSBC or others.......They just want to use your money for a month than another month waiting on the que....

HSBC charge 21 GBP for electronics bank transfer, BUT usually 10 GBP only is HSBC to HSBC |

| If you have HSBC in the U.K. and TRNC it's free. (Premier Account).
This can be carried out via internet banking. |

| HSBC Online Overseas payment up to £10,000 per day - £15 charge.
Both accounts need to be premier and in the same name for the charge to be waived. |

| Dependant on the amount Western Union can be cheap and is in the account within 1 hour, or can be collected from an agent within, usually, 15 minutes. |
