If I remember correctly you are allowed to carry with you 10,000 USD worth ( for each person)

Alternatively you may find out from any travelling agent.

The amount of physical cash per person that you may take legally from the TRNC to ANY country in the world is 10,000 US Dollars or its equivilant in any other currency.
