| Can anybody tell me where Girne Library is? Apparently there is a new exhibition hall behind this where a friend will have an Art Exhbition which I would like to attend next week. Directions from the High Street would be good. Thanks. Sandie |

| Hi Sandie,have done some research but will ask my Turkish friends to confirm Monday.I think it will be in one of the buildings behind the main Post Office.Interested in going myself.Think I have met her sister.
I live in Lapta,if you are staying this side of Girne.

| Hi Mike - Thanks for asking your Turkish friends. Cannot be there for the opening of the art exhibition but it runs until the 12 June so will pop in once I know where it is. It should be good if you are thinking of going, and it is for an excellent cause. So you know my other friend who is an excellent physiotherapist, small world hey? Yes for the very first time I am staying west of Girne instead of East, so am looking forward to seeing that side and hope to visit Lapta! Take care Sandie xxx |

| Stop press.My adopted "daughters"from next door have explained.Up the road from Colony towards Lefkosa roundabout,walking about 50m on opposite side of road.And has seen posters inside library advertising exhibition.
Gosh mutual friends,eh?
We'll have to meet for coffee!!
