Hi Sissy,



Went there this Friday & had fish & chips and very nice they were too. Hospitality second to none a really nice place and different to other places, deco is also very different in style. Real homely feel to the place and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are new to this business and seem to be learning the ropes, what I mean by that is what different people drink, the selection will get better I'm sure.

I see you have only just joined this forum , could it be under another name again ? in answer to your question , i paid half my fees as there were just half the amenieities in situ , now unless you have a vested interest in Turquoise bay , i suggest you keep out of other peoples business , however if you do have a vested interest E-mail me off board for maybe we can share up to date info/photos .

Have friends who went for fish and chip night who said it was very good - high praise indeed as they are quite fussy! Just hope they have sorted out the glitch with the drink prices as it is a very nice pace and look forward to a few summer visits there

called in bar b just after Christmas. Had been warned about not eating the supplied nibbles (they're charged for) Beer had gone up from pre-Christmas price of 3.5tl to 5tl. Lovely little place though. Delightful Irish barmaid. I asked her how much Brandy Sours were, surprisingly it wasn't listed among the other spirit drinks. She'd never heard of Brandy Sour. I told her it was the National drink sorta like Guinness is back home. She eventually found it under cocktails, at 14tl. I told her I'd pass, she replied that she didn't know how to make one anyway. Musta trained under Gary at Baxter's Bar, Watermill Hotel, Girne.
