Hi David,

Glad to have found someone on here who has bought how are you finding the apartment, are you happy with the finish? we are out again on the 19th April hopefully our apartment should be finished by then, only twelve months late...

The kitchen is in all ceramics fitted, doors and windows done just bathroom, painting etc left to do as of end of January...

How often are you out there

Regards

Pete

Hi Pete

We spent 6 months there last year, 3 months year before buying furniture etc, We love the area but a new block is being built in front of our pool so we are not very happy.

The block is still not finished: basement to be tiled, plastered, still on builders electric, cracks in roof (letting in rain), Gultekin the builder just ignores us but we hold back on maintenance payments until work is completed.

We hope to go out for a few weeks in April so no doubt we'll meet. In June we are driving over for 6 or more months, I can't wait.

Overall its not a bad finish, well worth the money.

Yes it's a shame about that terrible new block !!! i have it on good authority some of the people that have bought there are quite nice though.

We are have a long way to go before we can spend that amount of time out there, want to retire at 55 but thats 15 years away so three or four time per year for now.

After March we are out again in August for two 1/2 weeks so we should def see you about.
