| We are checking whether to send furnitures, both new and used, to TRNC in a 20ft container or to buy new furniture package locally. Can anyone inform us about VAT and import duties for furnitures so we can calculate if it's any idea to send a container or not. |

| Make sure you disquise new stuff, take out of boxes make it look as if you have used them. You are allowed one container free of vat and import duties. You will have to pay a small amount if you bring in tvs or radios something like 50 tl |
