The bright lights that you can see north of Karsiyaka on the Turkish coastline are in fact the suns reflection bouncing of a large commercial agricultural green house that as far as I am aware grow strawberries and tropical flowers, there are only a few days each year when the sun sets in exactly the right location for its beams to hit the glass and reflect towards the TRNC coastline.

As I posted yesterday on a similar thread, I spoke to a local fisherman who told me they were from a Turkish tuna fleet who are allowed to fish a few nights a year in TRNC waters.

I did notice that the sea was shining like glass as the sun was setting and thought wow never seen it like that one before!!
