Hi OLDGIRL, Think it might be a bit late in the season for planting anything, unless it's shaded and the ground's moist. Keep watering them, at night, to let the water seep into the ground. Did they have roots on them when you planted them, and did you soak the ground before you planted them? Good luck. Navek

I will give them a good soak tonight when the sun goes down.I think as you say it may have been too late to plant them.sorry about the spelling mistake I ment to say feed not fed (stay of the Raki ). Thank you xx |

Hi OLDGIRL, Stay on the Raki, but use less water, and feed the roses more, if they don't improve, at least you'll be happy hic Navek

Hi old girls, mulch with that wonderful seaweed that is for free on your beaches, helps keep the moisture in and rots down to a feed later. lol

Goats droppings do wonders for the garden, speak to your local goat herder and you may get a sack of it for free.

I go to the stables and get a couple of bags of horse manure chuck some into a bucket, fill with water, give it a good stir, leave overnight to make a good Poo Stew, and then in the evening give them a feed of this purely organic feed and Hey! Presto! before you know it you will be exhibiting roses at the Ozankoy Flower show or Chelsea whichever pulls your cord! Nick
