Hi, as of the end of this month i will be homeless :( was staying with friends but they are moving out early. Im looking for a long term rental, preferably furnished or at least white goods and anywhere from Karaoglanoglu to Lapta but still on bus routes. I dont have a big budget but can pay about 200 pounds, 225 at a push. Does anyone have anything?? Thanks

Dear Trudy, I have 2 lovely furnished Squirrel apts with communal pool on main bus route for £250. I know this is above your buudget but owner cannot go lower as she has to pay tax, maintenance etc. They are both brand new so let me know if you get stuck and I can show them to you. Best regards Lydia You can also see them on my website http://www.epluscyprus.com ref LA-R077 or tel 0533 848 5152

Hi Lydia I cant seem to find anything with that reference! Can you send me the link for that page please. 250 might be too much for me but ill talk to my partner and see if we can scrape it together! Would that property accept pets? I have a cat... a very good and house trained cat though!!

Sorry Trudy having a blonde day it must be the heat. The correct ref no is LA-R054. Not sure about the cat but maybe if you promise to get covers for the brand new furniture so that there is no damage it would be ok. Call me if you wish to look at them and we can go from there. Lydia

Hiya Dav88 Thanks for your response. Not sure i could afford to pay that. I know its only 250 and all that but for us its a little dear. Though, i will talk to my partner about it, see what he thinks and let you know should we wish to view it. Thanks very much

Dear Trudy, I still have the 2 in Squirrel. Might be worth viewing as it is on a main bus route and has everything you need. Best regards, Lydia

Hi....no it is not the builder who supplies the water. I will not waste both our time by sending photos..as you have clearly stated now, you require furnished. good luck with looking

Hi Lydia. Yes i am still keeping you in mind! I will let you know as soon as i can. We are waiting to hear if we are to have someone else also moving in with us too. If they do, we will probably need something bigger. But if not, then i reckon the flat should be perfect, providing the cat is welcome!! And Stewart, thanks anyway but we really do need furnished!

No problem Trudy. I also have a 3 bed penthouse in Lapta which is furnished (en-suite) to the master and that is £300 if you have someone else moving in with you. Lydia
