Basically a "lime green car" had been seen around the estate and then 3 burglaries happened. Then our friends in Tatlisu noticed a bright green old car (not rental) driving very slowly around their estate for 2 days in a row - Unfortunately they hadn't seen the link about the burglaries in Karsayaka. They drove through the estate then back again within minutes. Last night there were 3 burglaries and a possible break in (not sure in the last case if door was left open) and the green car was no-where around today. Maybe coincidence but from the other link it appears the police are already aware of the car. In all 3 cases in Tatlisu only portable stuff was taken - money and jewellery and the patio doors had been popped. Just please be aware of possible link and if spotted inform the police. |

| I was just going to post about a lime green car I saw today driving through Karaoglanoglu, however, it wasn't a Renault, is was of all things, a battered Mark 2 Escort, with orange paint on the boot area, although not the lid.
A guy with dark blonde short spikey hair was driving it. Thought I would mention it because of the colour.
Are they sure it was a Renault? |

| Hi jacktheladett, checked it out and there was no orange paint on the car. Almost certain it was Renault but it was definitely very old and had 4 young guys in it. Not much to go on but if they spot it again they will take down reg. |
