The rental villa next to ours this week saw a lady fullfill a life long ambition. She will be 70 at the end of the year and went skinny dipping for the first time.

So another happy holiday maker gone home.

I did that on Golden beach in the Karpaz a couple of years ago, very liberating.

We went skinny dippy in TRNC years ago, can't remember the name of the beach now, but my partner and I drove along the sand aways, not a soul around, beautiful weather, stripped off - then ran into the sea - fabulous feeling swimming around in your birthday suit, even better when you have your own waterwings :0)

No did not actually see her she was boasting about it!!!!!!but it did reminded me of the night 2 summers ago when we had a powercut at the end of July and probably half of the ex-pat population went swimming that night ( Pyjamas and nightdresses on of course) Aye right ( to use a well known Scottish phrase)
