| St Hilarion wine is produced here in Northern Cyprus - it is pure Turkish Cypriot !!!! We went to a tasting last year of red, rose and white - all very distinctive and extremely enjoyable - certainly one of the best "Turkish" wines available. You can find it in a few restaurants ( Bellepais Gardens, Bellevue Hotel, Niazi's that we know of) - it is sold direct from the vineyard. It was an excellent afternoon and hopefully there will be another opportunity this year to try the new wines. For anyone that misses a good bottle of red - try it Nicky |
