Good Afternoon Girls,



Now that summer's here,

some of you girls may want to lose a few pounds,

sorry ounces that you may have put on since you last had your bikini on.



I think I have found just the thing to get you in shape,



Have a look at this, fairly simple exercise,

better if three do it, but should be quite simple to do on your own.



Don't worry if you can't do all the exercises,

nobody's perfect...
