Some friends are here on holiday and are interested in finding a good quality built 3 bed bungalow East of Girne.

Anyone with one or who knows of one that might be suitable please contact Ruth on 05338751958 they are in Cyprus for another week.

There looking for a re-sale but may consider new. The property must have a pool and be private.

How far east of Girne? Very good bungalows out near tatlisu, one on kibris gardens up for resale, never been occupied three bedrooms plenty of room for a pool in back garden see link below:

depends on your budget, the one i have mentioned is 57500, add say another 16k for a pool 5k for landscaping,2k for shutters 800 for flyscreens, all in would be around 79k! on a lovely located estate size of plot approx 900sqm
