I know that in the past, people hired "Jack and Vera Duckeworth" to attend parties / functions etc, to liven things up....



Do you think the folk of the TRNC would be interested in hiring Garry Monger, and Garry Monger's Missus as a bit of entertainment ??





Certainly better than some of the trollop entertainment i've seen over here....



i'm pretty sure Garry would be prepared to bring along his collection of Skandanavian credit cards, as the real icing on the cake....

I must admit, we did go along to Guido's for the buffet lunch in June, very much hoping to meet the much maligned Garry Monger's missus.



NN informed Paul that the Mongers were unable to make it to the restaurant, as, I believe, Mrs Monger was being transported on a low loader and this caused horrendous tail backs on the road and the visit had to be aborted. I think they dropped her off at the kebab shop and called it a day.



We were very, very disappointed.
