I was under the false impression at the end of last month my Forces Pension would be paid into my TRNC Credit West Account without any problems. Having spent a great deal of time on the phone to Xaffinity Paymaster, the bank here and also emailing back to UK i find that the system has failed me and no money has been forthcoming. Has anybody else had this problem, it seems the problem lies with the IBAN No not containing my account number as the transfer is routed through Turkey (ING). Is there a bank that I can go to that Xaffinity can transfer money to in TRNC?

Forces pensions must be paid into a UK banking account. My husband has been doing that for the last 26 years.

Sorry bridie but you can get your Forces pension paid into any bank they do charge you a small monthly fee of £2.60 (approx) if you are overseas.
