Does anyone know of an English Speaking Water co/ shop that can deliver the 19LTR bottles to apartments Lapta? person has no car to pick it up and also too frail to get it up the stairs of her apartment.

Phylray, I can order water in Turkish and also a kebab with chilli sauce.

I need this number for my guests so they can order drinking water, some of them do not hire a car and do not want to lug 19Ltr bottles back from the local shop.
