I sometimes wonder what the people who post these niggling little innuendos and comments are really like.

If they have a genuine complaint about a company, & the company will not respond, why don't they just say so, and give all the details?

I for one never give any credence to this type of post, and there have been quite a lot lately.

Are we to assume that they are bitter, twisted people, driven by professional jealousy, or personal animosity, and lacking the mental ability to actually confront and deal with their problems?

- unlike ME of course - perfect in every way...
