My son has just informed me that our front number plate on the car is missing, can anyone tell me where to get another one made. We are in Alsancak. Thanks

The car accessory shop in tin-pan alley (centre of Girne, it's the little road opposite the 'Round Tower') makes them.

Anybody know of anywhere nearer Alsancak?

Make sure that you report the theft to the police, otherwise you will be receiving speeding fines - I suspect that the missing number plate is now bolted to the front of someone's car, and they are driving about with recless abandon!

p.s. that is unless 'someone' has accidentally damaged it , and is a bit reluctant to tell you!

Thanks Keith, I know the car had not been moved but suspect son drove it to Tempo & lost it on the slope.It was a stupid design & just sat in a housing with no screws, guess what OH will be doing when we get out there, making sure it is screwed in.
