Hi Blackpool Fan, we were out in May and the rate had just been reduced to 560 tl so was ok. The apartments were great, only us on and the pool is lovely.

Went today with a friend 930 lira in total. You will need a photocopy of your contract and your passport. Your contract photcopy must clearly show on it that you have paid the stamp duty.

I am taking it that the post to date are for a new supply being set in place. Anyone know how much for a "transfer" of an existing supply? m

As at today transfer of existing supply costs a TL 279 deposit if you are the owner of the property. I think its probably about double for a tenant but don't know for sure. You are supposed to get it back when you transfer it again to someone else. Aussie
