Opel are currently doing a Corsa for 12000 euros. Don't know what trim level or engine size but at that price would suspect that it is 1 litre base model. Citroen are also doing offers on C1,C2, C3 and C4, think C1 starts at 10000 euros.

When I win the lottery I'm going to dump my Citroen C3 in a field with the keys in. Good luck to the person who takes it. It's a nightmare car to drive - blind spots big enough for a lorry to hide in - you have to lean down 45 degrees every time you go round a bend so you can see if anything's coming the other way.

Prices of vehicles here are very expensive to what you will be used to! Obviously because of the fact they need to be imported. A decent second hand car that might cost you £1000 in the UK or elsewhere, is going to cost you double and more here. So if we are talking about NEW cars, then you are looking at no less than £8000 for a decent one!
