| Hello all, My wife is there at the moment with an unlocked dongle and mobile partner.We saw on the forum that this generally works with the turkcell pre-pay sim.Before she left we put in the settings for turkcell but she is getting the 'error 619 cannot connect to remote computer'. Does anybody know what we may be doing wrong? |

| Did you get the dongle supplier to remove the original software and programme in the universal software ? I am told that is usually the problem. I bought a new t-mobile dongle this week and the supplier changed the software for this reason. guin |

| I took my laptop, unlocked 3 modem and a 70tl monthly card into the Turkcell shop and they sorted it out for me while I waited. |

| It is one the left hand side of the road, just after the main roundabout towards Arcelik, Garanti Bank etc. I am sorry I do not know the name of the road. |
