if so seen it ,you would have inject with silicone like uk to stop rising ,if on outside of wall render would have to hacked off ,treated and reskimmed .



problem is when they build they didnt use a proper visquine sheeting

yes i'm on ground floor and suffered with damp really bad in the winter months..I was wondering if anyone else has had it bad, we can then see if we can get any help to sort the problem so we dont have to suffer another damp winter!!!!!!

if like lem says ,contact ilker perhaps?...failing you not being able to hold your breath that long there is a builder that advertises in cyprus today .



you will have to go it alone and look after your problem ready for the winter ,ive done a few houses in uk with a friend of mine .

quite easy but you need a machine that injects silicone as ive said .you just drill into the building ,inject it and then leave it as a damp proof course.



problem then is the damp thats there ,hence hacking off if required .certainly overdose of silicone will slow it doen in winter if not cure completely .



if i think you are who lem does ,i will be out in 10days time

I am on phase 1 but I heard the other day some apartments on phase 2 have also had damp problems. I wanted to know how bad the problem was and then we could get hold of Ilker and maybe try and get the problem sorted. I cant go through another winter with it, I have already had furniture, clothes and curtains ruined, let alone the health aspect of it.

if you dont get it sorted by winter,at least get a de-humidifiyer in your place,it will save your furniture/curtains +clothes etc,plenty of ventilation is good too!

i know of other appertment thats ground floor ,may be not as bad but may be worth asking them .



their tiles and grouut on floor are cracking with moisture ,also front of all balconys and around entrances you will plaster hacked off and temporary repaired ....thats same problem me thinks

yes I am on ground floor phase 2 and we have olso damp problem, all bay window curtain go black nasty mouldy, white mould rise from floor grouting beetwen tiles.
