Hello. We are looking for a long term let that will start in the next 2 - 3 months. Lapta/Karsiyaka is our preferred area but we would consider anything between Karaoglanoglu and Kayalar. Thank you.

Hi....have a large 120sq mtr apartment close to Lapta village but quiet location, unfurnished but has ac and new white goods....for £220 per month ( site is a building site with first block completed...hence price...no maintenance charges, electric and water available )

I have a 3 bedroom unfurnished bungalow on the Lapta/Karsiyak border with pool. It is on a small site but quite private and olive grove to the rear. My neighbour has a 3 bed unfurnished apartment with extended kitchen, silver goods, oatmeal curtains, garden. Nice site, 2 pools. Think it is £300 per month. It is in Lapta near the Sunset club.
