I am also a PBV purchaser and have just returned from TRNC at the end of May. I posted on thread "Palm Bay View 2" an update re the developmet,so, if you put that into the search engine above it should come up with details. In short, PBV is still making steady progress, complex completion end of 09 so I was told.



Hope this helps, if not give me a shout and I will re write here.
