Am I the only one who thinks that £2,500 for the installation of the utilities is extremely high? Would be great to hear from any other buyers on the Crystal Bay Park site.

Sounds like taking advantage to me.



Why aren't the utility connection charges included in the sale price of the property?



Surely the developer knows what these are going to cost at the outset?



And it's not as though you would opt out of having the connections is it?

Don't give in easily. Fight with them and complain to the local authority. Speak to the British Resident society.

We are buying on CBP and are also awaiting a reply from Nurten with regard to electric costs, not even sure if electric meters are included in the price of £2,500.
