Sounds like either a migraine or too much sun. Stay in a cool darkened room, and I know you would prefer not to take tablets but take 2 Paracetamol every 6 hours. (don't exceed the dose) To prevent further headaches go to a garden centre and get a herb called Feverfew make an infusion with this and drink it. You should be able to grow this in a pot at your back door. Hope this helps Chris p.s. Any headache that lasts more than 48hrs continuously need to be investigated by a Dr.

Couldn’t help myself. You should have stayed drunk. Sorry. Seriously. If this is the first time that you have experienced all these symptoms at the same time, seek professional help. I won’t go into why I say this but just say, from experience. It’s probably no more than dehydration/too much sun but Simbas is usually correct with most of her postings and advice and the nurseawful has the qualifications. Get well. Chegs

You should definately seek medical attention - especially if you have banged your head in the last 12 hours. Are you affected by the light?

crikey I would be at the doctors every week - I suffer from 3 types of migraine I have had one for 3 days can't get rid of it in one side of my temple I find 2 paracetamol & 1 Ibuprofen together is better and maybe a cold flannel on your head - although currently not working for me But as nurseawful says really should lie down in a dark room and get off the computer Hope your head gets better soon Mrs Millzer

My eldest suffered for years from bad migraine but was helped by new tablets and change of job and life style. He is now hardly affected, and at the first sign of one takes Solpadeine, which seems to work for him. I do sympathise as I have not had many headaches (except hangovers!) and when I did it was very unpleasant. Do go to your doctor, as Simbas and everyone says.

Actually Tuttut have you had your Blood Pressure checked lately or have you had BP problems in the past. If anywhere near Lapta I can check this for you. Chris
