Can someone tell me in laymens terms what this is all about. I am i right in thinking that i have to get my contract stamped by the 7 April and this can be done in London or do i have to go to cyprus and the reason is i will have to pay extra stamp duty when i recieve my title deeds, or am being thicker than what i already am
