Just reported two previous advocates I had appointed 10 and 8 years ago to the Bar Council for fraud and theft. (Monies taken without work been implemented) Now have to do the whole process over again myself and the only constructive help I've had to date is from the NZ Police. Legitimized crooks! A real paper chase trail without any cross referencing!

Unfortunately, neither is there a concept of the sanctity of client money nor the bar here has teeth to deal with such issues. Shame.

TRNC "lawyers" have no professional disciplinary body with any power.

They have no duty of care.



Girne "lawyers" have made their millions word processing contracts that are as much use as toilet paper, and have laughed all the way to the bank.

Hundreds of Brits trusted their hard earned cash to these idiots, thinking they were "real" lawyers!

Errr No! Not a solicitor amongst them! Is that the purchaser's fault? No!

They trusted them and the TRNC government for a legal conveyance, and where did that trust get them?

Nowhere really!



Turns out.

They didnt leave their common sense on the plane.



But as the legal profession in TRNC has no duty of care, or disciplinary body, you really can't blame this shower of inept, unprofessional, and thoroughly corrupt body of lawyers for encouraging the greedy and crooked amongst them, who call themselves "advocates", and will relieve you of your cash at every opportunity.

They do not charge, more hustle they are given maybe just some action will be taken!

Went to Girne Police Station and tried to explain that a letter would be arriving from the NZ Police about my clean bill of criminal health. They didn't wont to to know preferring as they where puffing on their cigarettes reverting back to the TV to some football game!
