| Can't find the instruction books so though i would ask here. Beko website seems a bit vague at best. Is it like an Ozone generator ?? Where would I find the model no. for the unit ?? Thanks |

| The plasma button adds negative ions into the air as it is circulated by the conditoner as cooling causes a build up of positive ions. Personally, it's a load of twaddle but others beleive it works. Further information can be found at: http://www.negativeiongenerators.com/negativeions.html The model number will be on the stick on plate either on the side of the unit or on the bottom of the unit. It is usually one of the first items on the sticker. By the way, although your remote has a Plasma button it may not be available on your unit. If it is available then it will say "Plasma" somewhere around the indicator lights. Generally it is the 18,000 and 24,000 BTU units that have the feature and not the smaller 12,000 and 9,000 ones. |
