Hi everyone, my father is from trnc and my mother is Bittish so therefore i have trnc citizenship i have been told this by the trnc consulate in London. Do i have an advantage over non trnc citizens wanting to buy in Cyprus. I was told once that if you want to buy in trnc that there is one price for foreigners and another for trnc citizens is this true ?

Turanmem ,, come on mate you must realise i was being sarcastic .. offcourse such a thing doesnt exist , ok sometimes a TC may be able to negotiate better with a fellow cypriot i accept, but as a general rule anyone can drive a hard bargain ..

Hi turanmem, I am sure you will be able to negotiate a better price for a property being a Turkish Cypriot and you have the advantage of being able to buy more than one donum of land. The butlers wife

hi. turanmem. İf you are coming over and would like to see a lovely villa that we have just finished i would be happy to show you. very near to the beach and near kyrenia. İ am also from London with a turkish cypriot father. The villas that we have built are very nicely layed out and lovely location, if you see them i am almost certain that you will really like them. Also you have to be aware that a cheap villa cannot be built with out cutting corners somewhere. That is why i believe in doing everything properly and not have to worry about fixing every later. Please feel free to email me or phone me on 0533 851 4555 for any information, i can also advise you on what to look out for when buying a villa, because a lot of people have really been Done by so called builders and there shoddy work. Good luck in your search.
