It's near Niazi's restaurant but not the main one near the harbour the take away one, it's basically straight up the road where the Savoy Hotel is...or if driving you can go to the Rocks Hotel and follow the road up away from Girne. Don't know the usual prices as I have only ever gone when students did my hair with the manager supervising, the discounted cut was 8ytl and you have to go on a Thursday.
