Has anybody paid evergreen for the maintenance that they say is a contractual obligation. I had an email on the 21st June from our independant keyholder stating that neither the water or electricity were on. I have also sent emails to Nurten and Jenny about the £100 penalty that they have now incurred - no reply. The snagging, plastering around an A/C unit that they were supposed to finish has not been done. Anybody else out there with the same problems?
