Hello to all that has replyed to my email,Im a blonker my place is in palm bay number 84.Could any one tell me how its going on.Im over in July for a week ,does any one no where to go to make a will they say not to go solictors so please any help on this one to

Hi there,



I got back from PBV about from 4 weeks ago and it is moving in the right direction.



Vast majority of Cliff side apartments have their external brickwork completed and the "inside" work is well

underway. Others have their brick nearly completed. Pavement in this area down but no tarmac road.



Middle area apartments are all up and the fancy brickwork etc is being put on the outside. Starting to plaster the interanl walls. No pavement or raod down in this area.



Pool Cres completed, all but snagging. Front of these apartments are pretty much landscaped.Road & pavement down but does need some finishing touches. Pool filled but this area is not landscaped, just flat earth.

Hi there, I used my solicitors, Gurkan & Gurkan, with regard to my will. Just went to the Courthouse and had it wax-stamped and filed and that was that. A very simple procedure and only took maximum 1 hour. If you need any further details, let me know and I'll root them out.

I was over on holidays last week and drove past the site as friends asked me to llok at their apartment. Quite a bit of it seems finished, and there are still apartments under construction, it did look nice though! Oh, and the pool was full of water and holiday makers seemed to be enjoying using it! Hope this helps.
