Good qoustion,



One year ago i paid deposit of £1500 for the one bed (£35000). but after few weeks i asked for the cost of Service chage and how lond does it take and......



They ask for about £700 for service charge ,long story short i didn't agreed and i find Two bedroom flat just 5 mins away from them fully furnish and white goods and £80 service charge with 10 years guranteed and ... much more biger name in NC for £37000.!



I charged back my money from ceasar Resort after 3 months.
