I was sadly in the predicament to have to seek a plumber for a blocked loo etc.

So i took the number from the Buzz Book, great they came within the hour.

After digging up & breaking the main sewarage pipe to rectify as they said the blockage, they told me i need a new pipe @ the cost of £400, then they went away to buy the afforesaid & then phoned me to say they could not get it today we will come back tomorrow thus leaving an open sewer all night . Is this right.

We have used MR Pipe in the past, they installed our central heating, to be honest they have always been really professional and always came out when they said they would, I am sorry to hear you are having this problem, its not like them.

I think what caused the blockage was every day usage, or as Dave said to many curries.

The pipe was intact.

Why did you not ask for an estimate before they started work?

I can highly recommend these guys and ladies too!!

they are always polite and arrive early on most occasions.

they are able to complete a huge range of tasks no job to small or to large.

If you are unhappy with a price you have a hole in your face speak to them they dont bite and i have found them friendly and helpful.

always get a price for any job before contractor starts work or you only have yourself to blame.

I am always happy to recommend these guys and no problem with the language barrier if you speak to hasan he will

translate and advise you.

I wont use any other plumber because these guys are good and they do what is required get the job done.

keep up the good work boys

Is there any plumbing service or drain man who has a drain camera out here?

In England I once had blocked drains and needed the services of a drains camera to find out what was causing the blockage. Cost about £100 but had a DVD of the drains (great late night film!) incase it was needed for the insurance.

My friend has a problem with a blocked drain in their holiday home and just wondered if that was an option rather than dig their floor up!

Mr Pipe...I can not praise this firm highly enough and actually feel angered by anyone who slates them. I have always highly recommended them to everybody and feel qualified in doing so as they have not only fitted my central heating, changed inadequate water tanks, fitted a water softener, water filter, pump, shower screen etc etc but they have also built an outstanding extension on my villa, built to the highest standard and exactly to my specification. The prices were exactly as quoted and the whole team turned up every single day for 3 weeks at the exact time stated. The workman are perfectionists and will not leave until they are 100% happy with the job and often worked late into the night. My husband was in England when the extension was built and I found all the men to be extremely polite, helpful and respectful at all times. The added bonus of course is Hassan who is fluent in English and a wonderful man. Keep up the good work Mr Pipe. I support you 100% and will always use you
