leak on first floor balcony into lounge any person you know can fix

I need to sort leak on balcony ,seems while away ,the gutter was blocked from muck and rain collected,that is sorted but since if it rains ,the ceiling in the lounge have water marks around where the gutter was upstairs outside,the water mark is getting bigger and in different areas since,I am assuming the tiles or sealer has been damaged ie help required to repair the problem while I am there next week thanks

dear basheer, we apply water proofing to pools and buildings. call me when you are over and i'll take a look at your property. we also can use a clear insulation which means none of your tiles, etc need to be removed as a cheaper solution to your problem. we can discuss this after pin pointing exactly where your leak is from.
