Try A-One rentacar - not sure but I think I only paid £14 per day last October. They do cheap transfers to/from Larnaca too!

Made the mistake of using Baspinar last year by way of a change.

Collected car from airport and it was almost undriveable.

Spent 3 days of my holiday sorting things out!!

English girl on reception very helpful but cars crap!!

Bird every time!!!

Just had a car for 2 weeks off Arizona for 18pound aday.Nice OpelAstra with a/c delivered and collected to Turtle Bay Village and paid 90pounds extra for taxi transfer from Larnaca to TBV. Excellent service all round..

I used Sun Rent a Car in Nicosia the last time I was over. Think it was £14 a day (or was it £14.50?). The taxi transfer from Larnaca was £25 each way as it's a shorter distance than one coming from Girne. They have a money exchange next door too - good rates and handy if you've just landed.

Sur car rental at Famagusta/Bogaz. Don't worry about the location, they will deliver to meet your flight at Ercan and then you return it there when you fly out. Hakan the boss is great, but don't book on the web, just call him on his mobile to do a deal 0533 841 7979

Price is not everything would you rather pay a couple of pounds more and have a comfortable safe car to drive or a dangerous wreck, some of the standards of hire cars are very poor.

Have always used Pacific rental, but this year found Bird rental to be cheaper a Focus for 17 days = £300 july/august.........
