Try Gezz at GHD in Alsancak (opposite the Pork Shop), some friends had their nails done there before a two week trip abroad, the nails still looked good on their return.

If you are in Esentepe/Tatlisu area there is a cypriot girl who does nails/massage who impressed my sister who was here on holiday.
