Hey dont know how tru it is but i was told that gc's are going to land reg office in the south and putting there name on land in trnc that does not belong to anyone at a cost of £3 ie could be land we have property on , and reason was if the island becomes one again then the gc's hit the jack pot. But then again it could be a load of b-----ks.

That's why - as we are all being so jovial - I can't understand why you can't stand it - if someone laughed/ commented on your photo ;)......

Not sure what you mean about ..".can't stand it" People laughing at me is not a problem.

Pikey....no thanks, he has tried to pull me before...I'm a straight guy.

One request, please do not retype all or nearly all of what someone has just written.

Sorry to drag the post back on subject, but rumour or scaremongering/sculduggery ,nothing would surprise me from "south of the border" and nowhere near "Mexico way",or any which way come to that !!

people go on cyprus 44 pointing out the pitfalls of buying property in north cyprus:

we are "supposed" to be in thrall to mixed-up south cyprus and fellow-travellers in the eu

I have yet to meet any foreigner who feels guilty at all although some wish the gc's well

insofar as understanding why, in common with tens of millions in the world they cry about their history,

but only with a collapse of the trnc AND turkey have they a hope of returning to lands once occupied

so it continues and will until hell experiences climate change: scare the brits and score brownie points

but I'd just love to know, from one of the gc supporters posing as normal members of a trnc forum:

how would you get 100,000 new cypriots to leave? the turks never will and why should they anyway?

our bulldog breed comes across as gentle and timid but you already found the turk made of far sterner stuff

but hey, it is not our dispute, if you cypriots won't do a deal, why should we care about you at all?

I know I would be doing it if the system allowed it. So the assumption should be yes. If I was a foreigner on GC property I would be bricking it. First you lost the crucial Orams and now this.
