You can see pictures on the internet site from the builder. In may, they were still busy with roadworks. Did you buy an appartment on the site?

what type of property have you bought and when did you last go over to visit.

How do you know there will be new current views on the website? Did you speak to the builder?

hbpg made money with political propaganda for the elections but the site had not been updated since 12/06!

I remember seeing Sahara Oasis advertised in late 2005, looked very nice on the 'plans'.. In '06 i remember seeing an article i think in cyprus today about how the project was built in part on landfill and had pictures in the article too so I think you are being a little unfair on Nige with that comment Ricky becaue I remember reading it and taking a sigh of relief at the time that I hadn't bought there.

We bought a 2 bed apartment, beautiful views from the terrace. We were last there about 18 months ago. We had family over there last November and they took pictures etc. Would really like up to date pics as we probably won't be coming over 'till the end of the year.

hello nige,

On the internetsite hbpg there were some photos but they were not convincing. Of course, on a construction site the builder had to move ground.... Marian had to take away the article with photos... Why?

Can you describe on which site (left or right) of the building there was landfill..In every way, I asked to Marian hbpg if there were problems with Sahara Oasis and the builder, I never got an answer...? You can send me the photos at vivkes@hotmail.com.

Hi Jubbly

We were there last week, looked good from the outside, however the internal finish left a lot to be desired. We gave Rafael a snagging list & they have sorted a lot of it already, hopefully it will all be finished for when we are back there in approx. 4 weeks time. Stunning views from the terrace. We are a 2 bed apartment on the 3rd floor. What did you buy and what did you think of the internal finish?

You will have dam problem there soon. This winter they had big problems especially in side of the buildings, behind the kitchen units, etc. They painted all the problematic walls and they are looking good now. They are not doing any maintenance and forcing the owners to pay 1 year maintenance cash. Otherwise they are not giving you the keys.....

We purchased a duplex apartment and must say the finish leaves a lot to be desired but nothing we cant put right ourselves over time!!

Would definately advise anyone NOT to buy offplan.

We were over in March and got the place partially kitted out - back in September to hopefully get a bit more organised?

Would like to hear from anyone else who has purchased thereto hear what they think?
