Hi.



We hope to move to NC (btween November and March) and rent for at least 1 year. Our requirements are:



ESSENTIAL



At least 3 double size bedrooms



Air Con in all bedrooms and family rooms



Central heating (not just hot air from air con)



Land line telephone



Within 1 K of local shops, restaurants etc (I have 80 year old mother in law who is not very mobile but likes to do her own shopping - i.e. walking there)



Not on large "holiday" complex



Village with good mix of local Cypriots and other nationalities



Digital TV with access to a few English channels



Cooker and white goods included



Within 15 min walk of beach (i.e less than 1.5K)



Within 20-40 drive of golf course



DESIRABLE



Broadband



Shutters and fly screens already fitted



Digital TV with full range of UK programmes (BBC/ITV)



Furnished



Pool (Communal would be prefered to private - due to cost of maintenance)
