New Show in Town - The Abba Divas!

Hello all,



Twin Management is proud to announce the very lovely all girl line-up "The Abba Divas" will be performing their fantastic new show during August and September all over the island.

Venues in the north are confirmed to included (most of them will be weekly performances):

Al Shaheen Restaurant in Karakum

The Fez in Catalkoy

Jasmine Court Hotel in Girne

Pia Bella Hotel, Girne

with more venues to be announced soon.



Watch this space for dates and times. This is not to be missed.

Hi michelle3012.

No, the Abba Divas are 2 professionally trained singer/dancers orignally from the UK, but now based in TRNC. If I remember rightly, the act at the Savoy last year had come over from the south as a one-off.

Are they playing any dates in July ? as I am over for two weeks from 18th July with my parents and my mum would love to see this show.

Toon, unfortunately no, they start in August. I'm really sorry about that. The girls are currently rehearsing hard pretty much all the hours God sends, so that when the shows do start they will be of the highest quality.



However, we can recommend some other good quality entertainment for the time you are looking at. Jonnie Hawkins performs at the Pia Bella Hotel in Girne on Tuesdays and Thursday. Two different styles of show done alternately. Lovely setting, decent bar prices and a very relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity to dance if you want to.



Finally if you happen to be a karaoke fan, we can recommend one of those too!

As far as I know free entry at all venues, just have to book in advance.

Thanks for the info Funinthesun.I saw Johnie Hawkins at the Esentepe Villa Hotel last Wednesday and had a great night.I will be taking my parents to the Pia Bella hotel to see him.
