Beledesie turn at the Golden Lady statue continue past Atakrar and up the Hill. On the right as the road narrows and then widens there is a sign for the Beledesie. Downstairs on the right.

Turn left at the Golden Lady on the main road. Follow the road into the village and just before you reach the centre on the right hand side you will see Alsancak Beledir. You pay your water in the bottom right hand side office if you are looking at the building. If you see the post office you have gone too far!
