Hi

I am looking for somewhere to rent for some of this year and most of next year (we think). We retire in October and have a pet (is that a problems - he is clean and well trained). The rent of £400 is a more than I intended to pay (we are pensioners and have to keep a home in England). Would you rent it for lest. If so, tell me a little more about the property.

Hi Katymackem - I cannot think what else I could say about the apartment that isnt already stated at the top. What is your pet cat or dog? I have no objection to a cat I have one myself but I am not happy with dogs. You say the rent is high but this is a particularly nice flat and I too an a pensioner and have to keep a house in UK. What price was you looking at bearing in mind I have to pay £50 per month for the maintenance of the pool, gardens etc and tax of 10% to the government.
