I changed from Extend back in February this year to the new 3g with Telsim, I paid for the Dongle on the basis that by paying the higher charge I would get unlimited usage, which these days is necessary if you need to download anything or watch TV by the many ways that are available on the net.

All fine to begin with, then I found I was starting to suffer broken connections (I understand usually caused by slow down with speeds)

Now on paying for the next month I was informed that there will be no more unlimited use for anyone, from now 3 G will only be available at the rate of 3 GB / month for 45 tl.

3 GB in this day and age is of little use to anyone, unless all you want to do is look at your emails.

I have just learned that watching the average film will use up about 2 GB, so 3GB will allow you to watch

1 1/2 films on your laptop per month and nothing else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad show TELSIM

When are we going to get a decent service here where there is no

Turkcell G3 have offered me a full year refund after 6 months of erratic connection use but the next best thing is a box & dish from Baseline Computers which is a lot more expensive but quicker and unlimited. What to do?
