Hi Andy, You need to take your passports and your purchase contract. You can fill in the forms there, they will stamp them for you. I think we paid £12.00 last year. Tottenham Court Tube station. The office opens at 10 am and closes at 1 .30pm. The office you need is in the basement. The butlers wife

Think the cost is 22 gbp now, x 2 if it is a joint POA, the document might then have to be authenticated in Lefkosa by the office of the Interior (?) Minister. I have been but cannot remember his title.

Hi andy this cost me £22.00 also last year. there is an alternative though ! We toyed with the idea of buying a generator but opted for mains elec This is ok if you have a Villa it is not feasable if you are on a complex though.. I belive you still need a POA .

Hi everyone, Do you know ,if in case of joint ownership, both owners have to be present at the consulate or just one and have the others passport with him? Regards, Maciek
