Alteration hand needed in Girne

Hi does anyone know of a person who does alterations here, its only a matter of cutting and taking up 2/3 inches of a cotton dress, it doesnt sound like a big job but would like it done as soon as poss

Hi Smithy

You will need to take the turning by the Post Office that takes you around the one way system, follow this until you come to a right hand bend, carry on around the bend and just before you come to the Mosque on the right hand side there is a row of buildings and the one you want is the last building and has two large wooden doors. If they are closed then go and speak to the family in the next house opposite and ask for Fatma (she is a seamstress by trade). Any problems finding her then let me know.

come out of Molly's Turn left, to green grocers, turn left there and Sports bar is 50 yds on the right....

Smithy you could also try Acem in Girne - if you turn left on the high street, where the right turn would take you to the Attaturk statue, she's in the last block of shops on the left and has a sign on the pavement outside.

Thank you so much for telling me where that Alteration place was, just been to her, dress was ready in 2 hours, perfect, asked how much she said 5ytl I was shocked as it was too cheap so gave her 10ytl will definitely use her all the time, I believe she make dresses/suits etc what a lovely lady she is

I did go to the lady round the corner to Mollys, if you look for it, its opposite the garden centre she was very good, she also makes clothes, very reasonable

Before I run out there, I am getting two different stories. Is the location (from msg 13) right next door to Molly's? Somebody told me today that it is a gentleman that works there and it takes two weeks. So, right next door to Molly's, across from Pia Hotel, is the magical lady - correct?
