Renting - villa required for minimum 2 year let

We are a family including 2 boys (ages 3 and 3 months!), 1 dog and 2 cats and are looking for a 3/4 bed villa with pool to rent for a minimum of 2 years. We are currently living in Lapta and would like to stay around this area, anywhere near Sunny Lane would be a bonus. There seems to be a real shortage of rental properties meeting our requirements so we would be grateful if anyone knows of any private landlords the can recommend or has a property to rent themselves?

i have a 3bed bungalow with pool to rent beach side lapta, i have placed it with sabena at north cyprus rentals, it may not be what you require but costs nothing to look, may be negotiable for long term, cheers fishnchips.
