For all you lovely ladies out there, Spider and myself have decided to have an afternoon tea on the 21st July from 1pm....it's on a tuesday so that the revered Lilli can come along too! We shall provide sandwiches and cake and some nibbles and tea of course...bring your own bottle...



Come on girls, pack your cozzies and bring your wine for a nice afternoon getting to know each other and having a swimmalong.....

arry I will try my best to keep you a slice of my..yummy carrot cake,Madeira cake with lemon syrup.and scones with jam and fresh cream....now you can see why its an afternoon tea party...can Mr arry make it,so as she can grab some to take back for you...if not sorry.Perhaps next time Mr Spider might do a curried spaghetti night for a few guys...

I am so sorry I will not be coming to your swim along today, I can only apologise but its this heat and the thought of being outside at that time of day, its making me feel very nausea at the moment, I tried my pool yesterday and it was like a warm bath, so no cooling off in there. I only wish I could afford to go back to the UK like Dee and Kev for a week or so, as I feel like I,m about to faint, so so SORRY but I think I will have another day inside my apt, and sod the electric bill and have the a/c on.

I hope it goes wonderful as I,m sure it will as Maria you are a wonderful Hostess and only wish it was a bit cooler to come along.

So sorry that you are feeling a bit poorly because of the heat. Hope you feel better soon. You will be missed by all I am sure. Feeling it a bit at the moment myself as making sausage rolls to take round to Spiders. Little tip for you to keep cool try putting a wet face flannel in the freezer for about an hour then put on the back of your neck its amazing how relaxing and cooling this is.
